
CitC offer a range of Onsite services tailored to your exact requirements. Onsite Engineering Support can be with you within 2 hours if required. This is achievable as CitC is based in the centre of London and since this is where our client base resides - our engineers are always local to you.

Onsite Support options include software support, hardware support or a combination which provides complete peace of mind; Comprehensive Support. Clients can, for a fixed annual fee, know that their IT will be maintained to the highest level, with unlimited helpdesk support, onsite labour, faulty hardware replacement and 3rd party liaison all covered under contract.
For clients who have more complex systems or require additional IT assistance CitC can tailor Regular Onsite visits. This provides you with scheduled times for a qualified engineer who is fully conversant with your systems to undertake housekeeping, remedial and monitoring services.
