
CitC Server Monitoring is a 24 x 7 automated monitoring service of your whole system. It sits in the background, watching your systems, but on detecting a problem automatically alerts our Helpdesk so we can take prompt action.

The system can monitor all aspects of your network including all Windows services (including Exchange), Disk space, PING tests on networks & components and TCP Ports Checks Website.
Daily Health Checks also assist in pro-active support by detecting small problems which, if left unattended, could develop into time-consuming and expensive disasters. System checks run early every morning ensure that Anti-virus pattern file are right up-to-date, backups have completed successfully, Exchange Information Store sizes are within a limit, Physical hardware health is fine, Disk space consumption rates are within limits and Event Logs don’t show other critical errors.
