The CitC Helpdesk is on hand during contracted hours to provide a rapid response for IT support calls. Technicians attend to your problems remotely with the aim being to provide a quick and painless resolution in 85% of cases without the need for an onsite visit - saving you both time and money.

Once your call is logged you can speak to an engineer who will assist either over the telephone or by instigating a secure remote connection to the system. The Helpdesk can be contacted via telephone, email or online.
